Ingredients

  • cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Vegetable Stock
  • cup date molasses or brown rice syrup
  • teaspoon grated ginger
  • clove garlic
  • teaspoon arrowroot powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
